Our Guarantees: Start‑Week, Clean Site, 30‑Day Touch‑Up — Full Terms

Eligibility

  • Applies to residential deck/fence cleaning/restoration jobs performed by Olsen Stain Co within our service area on the written estimate.

  • Start‑Week Guarantee ($100 credit)

    • “Start week” means any business day (Mon–Sat) within the scheduled week on your estimate.

    • Exclusions: weather delays (rain, high winds, temps/humidity outside manufacturer specs), HOA/permit delays, homeowner‑requested reschedule/change, site not ready (deck not cleared, pets loose, no access/water/power), added/hidden repairs discovered, or safety issues.

    • Remedy: $100 credit applied to the final invoice. One credit per project. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Clean Site Guarantee (we pay for cleanup)

    • We leave the work area free of tape, trash, drips, and overspray on adjacent surfaces we masked.

    • Claim window: notify us within 48 hours of completion with photos.

    • Remedy: we return within 3 business days to correct at no charge. If we fail to remedy, we’ll pay for one professional cleanup (up to $200 cap or reimburse reasonable documented costs, at our discretion.

    • Exclusions: pre‑existing stains/damage, areas/items not accessible or not cleared by homeowner, normal dust outside the work zone, landscaping debris unrelated to our work.

  • 30‑Day Touch‑Up Guarantee (misses fixed free)

    • Covers lap marks, light overspray on deck components, and obvious missed spots on surfaces we stained—reported within 30 days of completion with photos.

    • Remedy: one free touch‑up visit scheduled within 14 business days (weather permitting). We match the original product/color used.

    • Exclusions: wood movement/bleed‑through, peeling due to substrate failure (rot, prior coatings failure), moisture issues, standing water/sprinklers, improper furniture placement, pet/foot traffic damage, pressure washing, hail/storm damage, added scope.

  • Weather & Safety

    • We follow manufacturer application specs (temperature, humidity, surface moisture). Weather delays extend timelines without triggering credits.

  • Scope & Changes

    • Hidden conditions (rot, loose rails, structural issues) and homeowner‑requested changes require written approval and may adjust price/timelines. Unapproved work is not performed.

  • Homeowner Prep

    • Homeowner clears furniture/planters/grills, provides water/power, secures pets, and ensures access. Failure to prep may shift your start week and void the Start‑Week credit.

  • Claims & Contact

    • Submit claims to Daniel@olsenstaincompany.com with photos and within stated windows. We must inspect to approve remedies.

  • Limits

    • Guarantees apply to the original purchaser and address, are not transferable, and may not be combined with other credits beyond the amounts stated above.
